Who We License and Regulate

The Division has the statutory authority and responsibility to license and supervise the following businesses and individuals (you may click on the license type below to verify licenses):

• Residential\Commercial Mortgage Companies and Mortgage Loan Originators
  • Commerical Only Mortgage Companies
• Commercial Only Loan Originators
• Covered Service Providers (Loan Modification Companies)
• Covered Associated Service Providers (Loan Modification Agents)
• Mortgage Servicers

*Title companies providing escrow services are licensed and regulated by the Division of Insurance.
